My upgrade install was stuck at 99% for 6 hours. Saw this, uninstalled the drivers, restarted the install, and was done in 20 minutes(I actually think it was less). I imagine there are many people running in to the same problem!

So, I decided to give it one more shot, and not only has it been going on since, like, 10 or 11 last night, but it's been stuck at 99% since 3AM at the earliest.
