As a University employee, there are two enrollment platforms you will use when enrolling for benefits for 2025, depending upon which benefit you are enrolling in. You can link to both of the enrollment platforms via MyPack Employee Self Service.

As a new employee at NC State, you are required to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO100) and Benefits Orientation (BEN100/NEO201) within your first 30 days of employment. These programs will help acclimate you to the university and ensure you get off to a great start.
Employees may enroll in NCFlex benefits via the My Pack Portal or by calling the Empyrean University Benefits Service Center at 833-862-1490. In My Pack, under the employee self-service tile> Click on the Benefits Details Tile> My UNC Benefits (on the left–make sure your pop up blocker is off) to enroll in NCFlex plans.
