14 sie 2015 · You can install a free copy of Office 365 on five desktops or laptops and five smartphones or tablets. Office 365 also comes with 100 GB of cloud file space called OneDrive for employees and 15 GB for students. To get Office 365: Download the full version at go.ncsu.edu/getoffice365.
Downloading Microsoft Office 365 Apps on a Personal Device. If you are an active student or a full-time faculty or staff member, you can install Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise on your personal devices (up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones).
Online Access. Visit the Microsoft Offic e website. Select Sign-in in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Sign-in with your NC State email address, Unity password, and Duo. Once signed in, you will have access to use all Microsoft Office 365 products online. Downloading Microsoft Office 365.

The preferred method of access for Gmail is through a browser or through an official Gmail app. Accessing Gmail through a third-party email app (e.g. Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail) is possible, but it is not supported by the NC State Help Desk.
