- Do You Need to Reset Your NCSU Unity ID Password?
In the Email or Phone field, enter [your Unity ID]@ncsu.edu and select Next. On the Shibboleth Login Service page, enter your Unity ID and Password and select LOG IN . Authenticate with Duo if prompted.
Change your password. Go to the Password Change Form. You can use your current or expired password to set up a new one. If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, you can try a Self-Service Password Reset. [Back to Contents]

2 mar 2022 · If you do not remember the answers to your questions, you’ll need to contact OIT at 919-515-4357 or help@ncsu.edu. You’ll then have 30 minutes to change your password from the default password (which will now be the ‘current’ password). Go back to the self-service tool to change it.

Note: For Gmail, you will need to wait 10-15 minutes for the password sync to take effect. If you receive an error message after selecting Submit that says "Unity ID or Current Password is invalid," you will need to reset and change your password.
