If you are seeking licensure as a professional engineer or a professional land surveyor in another state, you may need to provide them with verification of your examination and licensure status in California. To obtain this verification, you must use the verification system available through NCEES.
The Board regulates the practices of engineering and land surveying in the state of California by evaluating the experience and administering examinations to prospective licensees and by enforcing the laws regulating licensed professional engineers and land surveyors.
The California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) has an intradepartmental contract with the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) to provide license verification on the DCA License Search website and the actual operation thereof.

The North Carolina Board of Nursing’s License Verification web page is a free service intended to provide information regarding Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Aide II, Advanced Practice Nurses for the practice of nursing in the State of North Carolina.
