Verizon Protect Home is a scam. They don’t inspect the replacement devices they give you. They inspect YOUR broken device for even the slightest little dent or scratch or slightly worn or half a degree bent frame, literally any speck of dust or bent wire that will let them deny your claim, and trust me it will get denied.
