You’ll be able to access your LOUIE account as usual! When you log in, you’ll see the new homepage and the tile menu for quicker access to much of your student information compared with the “old” Student Center.
When you apply to NAU, you’ll receive a confirmation email providing you with a user ID that will allow you to check your admissions status. To review the status of your NAU application: Sign in to LOUIE with the user ID provided in your email. Click “SA Self Service”. Click “Learner Services”.
You’ll be able access your account (in both LOUIE and HCM/HR) as usual! When you log in, you’ll see the new homepage and the tile menu for quicker access to much of your self-service information. You’ll also see a “LOUIE Training” tile that will provide you with an overview of how to navigate in LOUIE and HR.
NAU’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application, also known as “LOUIE” by our students, is LIVE with a new look and feel! While things may look a lot different with these updates, you’ll still have access to all of the same information and functionality as before.
