Bought the game a week ago and have been playing with the darthmod. I enjoy the rank firing and some of the other effects, but I read alot of folks saying that the NTW3 mod is the way to go. Can anyone give me an up-to-date recommendation/ TLDR on both mods? Thanks reddit. 8.
22 maj 2016 · NTW3 focuses more on realism and is the to-go mod for multiplayer, but the single player suffers greatly from mod features which simply turns the AI comatose even on Total War AI scale.
4 wrz 2020 · both have good single player, ntw3 had only multiplayer for the mod. #1. Lee Enfield Sep 4, 2020 @ 6:18pm. LME4 for SP campaigns, it's stable and with 7 periods of the Napoleonic Wars to choose from, it's hard to beat.
LME4 and NTW3 are the better mods. NTW3 SP campaign still needs some work but I've managed to finish a couple of campaigns. LME4 is SP campaign focused, with various campaign periods to pick from, where as NTW3 is MP Historical Battles focused, but they are working to improve the SP campaign side.
I have played a bit of Darthmod in the pursuit to satisfy my craving for some Napoleonic History, but have found the mod is overall lacking in that field. Don't get me wrong, its great, but i feel there could be more. I have heard great things about LME4, but cant seem to find where to download it.
4 kwi 2015 · Hi, im just wondering (as I bought myself NTW last week in steam sale action) is better to use DarthMod or Napoleonic TW for my grandcampaign singleplayer experience? It seems like Napoleonic mod is very realistic and slow pace which i like, but with smaller unit size (?)
Just looking for some thoughts on the mods. I heard they do very different things. Also let me know if you prefer the Darth Mod for Empire. Thanks!
