Get a parking pass for Massachusetts state parks. Get a lifetime senior parking pass. Please note that there are large cobblestones on this beach that are pushed up by the tide, especially at the south end of the beach. These stones may not let you get to the water in a beach wheelchair.

Free 2-hour parking is offered at two lots: The surface lot adjacent to The Parrot at 1 Hull Shore Drive; Seawall Street Parking along Hull Shore Drive
As of July 1st, 2017, daily parking in the DCR lots is $15.00 per cars with in-state plates, $20.00 per car with out-of-state plates. If you have a MA registration, you can go to the DCR office at 215 Nantasket Avenue, Hull, and purchase a calendar year pass for $60.
I believe it lets you park in any of the lots that are $15 or have the signs, including the overflow lot that is not right on the beach. You can print the parking pass and leave it on your dashboard

The parking is like pulling your own teeth unless you get early and/or lucky to get a free parking spot, or if you are willing o pay $10 parking fee. The beach as a whole is gorgeous, the sand is not the brown sand you get everywhere.
