Nampa's Wastewater Division operates and maintains Nampa's sanitary sewer system, and Nampa's Waterworks Division provides a safe, clean supply of potable water and an abundant supply of irrigation water.
The Waterworks Division provides Nampa residents with over 9.7 million gallons of safe drinking water each day. The Waterworks employees assure this supply by maintaining and repairing over 600 miles of water lines, 17,204 water valves and 5,841 Fire Hydrants.

The City of Nampa will officially switch to a new utility billing website for our customers on November 21, 2022. The existing utility payment system used is being phased out and an update is needed. The new electronic billing and payment portal costs less, provides additional options for customers and is more user-friendly.
