The Waterworks Division provides Nampa residents with over 9.7 million gallons of safe drinking water each day. The Waterworks employees assure this supply by maintaining and repairing over 600 miles of water lines, 17,204 water valves and 5,841 Fire Hydrants.

The City of Nampa Utility Billing Customer Portal allows users to create an account and manage their utility bills online.
You can now make a payment online! All payments processed after 9:00 pm will be credited to the next business day. Balances not paid on or before the due date will be subject to a 2% penalty.
