Weakness: Slight wait time until CD/DVD can be played...about 4 seconds. Purchased this unit to complement my NAD T753 receiver and to replace an older aging dvd player. Very nice musically and video performance was definately miproved.
6 lip 2004 · I've mailed NAD just the other day, asking if they had any new model to be released (since their offering right now is lagging behind the competition), and they answered that they had no plans on releasing a new model for now... but as we now, not always the person who replies to e-mails has the information to answer correctly.
6 sie 2005 · Posted on Saturday, August 13, 2005 - 14:58 GMT. well i have some pretty good component cables that i bought with the player. they weren't the best ones but good enough where i shouldn't have a problem. the lines really are not that bad but for $500 i shouldn't have any complaints at all i think.
14 mar 2006 · 50 posts · Joined 2004. #2 · Mar 14, 2006. I had one for six months. Wonderful audio, but there is no switch to play DVD-V audio portion of a DVD, such as the DTS layer of perhaps Steely Dan's "The Last Mall". This wasn't too bothersome because I used the analog out exclusively.
Only complaint is the layout of the remote - frequently used buttons are at the very bottom and the search and seek buttons are up and down style. OVERALL RATING
4 cze 2002 · I keep seeing NAD cd players pop up and I know that NAD makes good quality stuff based on comments from people here on head-fi. My question is-- which NAD models are good ones? In particular, out of the inexpensive ones that I see (under $175), here are some I keep seeing:
