Who has access to UCF Apps? All current students, faculty and staff have access to most of the available software applications. See the Generally Available Apps section below for the apps available to everyone.

Visit https://www.webmail.ucf. edu/ to sign in to your new email account. Using the previous Knights Mail sign in will not work. 3 Type in your NID followed by @ucf.edu under the "Account" field and your NID password under the "Password" field. If you do not know what your NID is, visit https://my.ucf.edu/ and select "What is my NID?"
There are several areas you can log in to your UCF Email. UCF Active Directory Federated Service (ADFS) https://outlook.com/ucf.edu (recommended entrance point). Type in your NID@ucf.edu and Password. NOTE: You may encounter a sign in prompt similar to this in Internet Explorer. Enter in your NID@ucf.edu and password. UCF Office 365 Portal.
Use MS Office, SPSS, and many other applications from your favorite device, whether you have a desktop, laptop, or tablet. As long as you have a good internet connection, you can access UCF Apps. UCF Apps is funded by the Technology Fee, so there is no additional cost for you to use this service.
