21 godz. temu · I had to switch from an Ethernet connection to a WiFi connection on my Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fdw. I cannot get the HP setup application to finish correctly. I receive a screen that informs me that the software is installed, and the scanner is connected. But the HP Scan screen fails every time, and I cannot access the scanner controls.

31 maj 2019 · If the port is blocked by a firewall you can try adding a Port or Program exception to Windows Firewall Defender as follows: To add a "Port Exception": Go to Start -> Run and type firewall.cpl .
