For folks that are trying to retrieve lost MP3 files, MySpace released a statement a few years ago stating that any old content that you're unable to play/download was corrupted in a data migration and is unrecoverable. Unfortunately there's nothing anyone can do.
Everywhere I look online says if there's a blank placeholder or the broken image sign they might not be in the myspace servers anymore. Every site, same explanation. This seems off to me, along with the lack of mentioning that we didn't load photos directly.
