I'm assuming Perm ID number is a school ID number of some sorts, as google (csis.fcmat.org) says that "DataGate utilizes the CSIS Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) and California becomes one of the earliest states in the nation to unify accurate, pupil-level data at this scale". CSIS ID# is definetly your SSID.

The SSID is located on the main profile page of the Student Form. The page with a tab called Student when the Student form is first opened. If you happen to get an SSID number in the student’s CUM file and want to put it directly into SchoolWise you can do that and avoid having to send them up to CALPADS altogether.
