Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On the MyChart mobile app, you can also log in using face ID or fingerprint login.
Open the app and search for your healthcare organization. You can search by location or by organization name. Enter your MyChart username and password and tap Log in. MyChart is powered by Epic, the software system used by the world's best healthcare organizations.
