Students log in to my.yorku.ca using their Passport York username and password. Once logged in, students can access their course lists with links to class locations and websites, their grades, their own exam schedules, student account and Library account.
As a York student you have a financial account associated with your unique student number. This account is where fees and payments are posted. My Student Account is an online tool where you can see your current and historical financial account details.
This Student Profile Portal is intended to collect student narratives, profiles and testimonials from current York University students. Undergraduate and Graduate students are encouraged to submit responses to any or all of the prompt questions on this portal.
Access My Student Record. College affiliation — Verify my College affiliation. Diplomas — Order a replacement diploma if your degree's name has changed. Enrolment letter — Request a letter verifying my enrolment (EXCEPT for OSAP purposes).
The Student Portal is accessible to students after successful log in with Passport York. The Student Portal provides an overview of all available Award, Student Government Aid, and Graduate Funding Profile information. After successful log in, you will be directed to the landing page.
