Andrew Thomas Callaghan (born April 23, 1997) is an American journalist and YouTube personality. He is the creator and star of the YouTube series All Gas No Brakes and Channel 5.
People can not change long term habits patterns past a certain age, and all society can do is "keep them busy" so there's less time for them to do bad things. When it's children there's still the chance to raise them right. Simply enough people only get the chance to grow up once. There is no "fixing" people.
