I have received a few emails that seem to be authentic from Vodafone confirming a new account and shipment of phone and SIM. I am always weary of clicking on links from suspicious emails, but they even seem to be actual Vodafone pages.
If you shared security details relating to your Vodafone account, contact our fraud team immediately to make us aware and update your details. If you receive a suspicious email that claims to be from Vodafone, forward it to phishing@vodafone.co.uk – we’ll investigate and try to find out where it came from.
Meld een verdachte e-mail uit naam van Vodafone bij ons via phishing@vodafone.nl; Geen goed gevoel bij een e-mail? Bel naar 1201 en vraag het onze klantenservice. Dan weet je zeker of de mail vals of echt is.
21 gru 2021 · Oplichters hengelen via valse e-mails naar inloggegevens voor Vodafone-accounts. Je zou je account moeten activeren, wellicht overigens niet de meest voor de hand liggende stap als je al klant bent, maar in werkelijkheid verwijzen ze je naar een nepsite.

Het lukt mij (ook) niet om in te loggen bij MyVodafone om mijn maandfacturen te bekijken. Ik heb mijn Ziggo-account net toegevoegd om te kijken of het daaraan lag, maar het lukt nog steeds niet. In juli verliep het inloggen ook niet soepel, maar lukte met een ander mailadres wel. Nu kom ik er met beide mailadressen niet meer in. Wat doe ik ...
