Unemployment Benefits Services allows individuals to submit new applications for unemployment benefits, submit payment requests, get claim and payment status information, change their benefit payment option, update their address or phone number, view IRS 1099-G information, and respond to work search log requests.
Please use the following steps in paying your unemployment taxes. Logon to Unemployment Tax Services. Select the Payments tab from the My Home page. Select a payment option from the Make Payment page: Bank Account (Online ACH Debit) or Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
Use our online Unemployment Benefits Services (UBS) system to apply for benefits, request payment, check your claim, payment or appeal status, submit a work search log, view IRS 1099-G information, change your payment option, and much more.
To check your claim status or confirm your payment: Log on to Unemployment Benefits Services. Select Claim and Payment Status. Scroll down to Most Recent Payment heading to see the TWC Processed Date and the Amount Deposited. Call Tele-Serv at 800-558-8321 and select Option 2.
Go to www.labor.ny.gov/signin. Enter your NY.gov username and password. Click the “Unemployment Services” button on the My Online Services page. Then click “Certify to Claim Your Weekly Benefits Here” and follow the instructions.
You can request unemployment benefit payments and report earnings over the Internet or by calling Tele-Serv, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) interactive phone system. Request payment one to two weeks after you first apply for benefits and every two weeks after that.
