Sign in to access your Shaw email.
Sign in to my.shaw.ca. Select My Bills to manage your Shaw bills, transactions, and payments. Select My Profile to manage your accounts, Shaw IDs, Shaw email accounts, and Rogers WiFi Hotspots (formerly Shaw Go WiFi) Devices. Select My Services and select a service to manage from the drop-down menu.
Attempt to sign into My Shaw by visiting https://my.shaw.ca. If you have forgotten your Shaw ID or password, you can use these instructions to reset your password.
You can manage your Shaw ID from within My Shaw by visiting the My Profile section where you can change your Shaw ID, add a contact email, or change your password.
Enter your Account Number and Postal Code found in your order summary, 2-year ValuePlan Agreement or on your monthly bill, then click Create your Shaw ID. You should have received an email to activate your Shaw ID.
Shaw ID is a single login for Shaw products and services like My Shaw, BlueCurve TV, Shaw Go WiFi and more. It consists of an email address username and password. Each Shaw account has one Primary Shaw ID and can invite up to four household members to create secondary Shaw IDs, providing additional household members their own logins.
