As a result, all enrolled students are required to maintain a CSULB Email account and check it regularly. You can view your email account information on your MyCSULB Student Center under “Personal Information.”
Check Email. Sign into your Single Sign-On account via https://sso.csulb.edu. Enter your Campus Email Address (e.g Elbee.Shark01@student.csulb.edu). Enter your Password. Click Sign in. Click on the Outlook Email app to access your email account.
CSULB Single Sign-On feature allows students to access online academic services (e.g., MyCSULB, BeachBoard, Beachmail, CareerLink, the University Library, Office 365, Beach Scholarships).
On 8/2/18, all official CSULB announcements and notices will be sent to campus-provided BeachMail (Outlook) email accounts. This means that student preferred email addresses in MyCSULB/Student Center will automatically be updated to the campus-issued @student.csulb.edu email address.
Single Sign-On allows access to multiple campus services by logging in once at a single URL (https://sso.csulb.edu) using your campus email address and password (BeachID credentials). Access is based on role (student, faculty, staff) and other factors such as approved access.
Follow the below two simple steps to log into MyCSULB using your desktop browser: Go to the MyCSULB login page at https://my.csulb.edu/cp/home/displaylogin. Enter your 9-digit student/employee ID in the first field as your username. Then enter your account password in the next field and click Login.
