From the moment I log into Windows 10, my hard drive is cranking away at 100%. I have not installed any programs at all. I am not running a single task according to Task Manager. I've already tried disabling MSI Support, but that did nothing.

I have let it run for several hours with no activity on my part and along with the hard drive running my cooling fan is never turning off or slowing down.
