If you have already installed the Desktop app, then click on the My Cloud Home icon to access the My Cloud Home device. The Desktop app allows you to Sync content from Windows or macOS system to My Cloud Home.
This feature applies only to a My Cloud Home Duo device, not a My Cloud Home single-drive device. Mobile, on-the-go access — Use the My CloudTM Home mobile app, desktop app or MyCloud.com to upload, access and share your favorite memories and stream videos saved on your My CloudTM Home device.
