16 kwi 2022 · I password protect all of my sensitive and financial PDF documents. The downloaded PDF Chase Bank statements are already password protected and can't be modified. To get around this, I print the docs using "Microsoft Print to PDF" option. The new generated doc allows me to a add my password.
I asked Chase and they said that the document doesn't have a password. I re-opened the PDF in the free version of Adobe Acrobat and the Document Security properties page says that the "Security Method" is "Password Security" and there's a list of what can and can't be done with the document.

I opened an account online and was approved. My debit card arrived after one week. I was also able to setup my login and was okay for couple days. Then 2 days later, my account was locked when logging due to suspicious activity. I called Chase and they told me to go to branch to have it fixed.

TL;DR: Chase keeps locking me out of my account repeatedly and provides no information before or after they do so. If I call the number, they tell me to go to a branch. If I go to a branch, I get to access my account for a little while... until I get locked out again.
