I opened an account online and was approved. My debit card arrived after one week. I was also able to setup my login and was okay for couple days. Then 2 days later, my account was locked when logging due to suspicious activity. I called Chase and they told me to go to branch to have it fixed.

I went to a branch today (luckily there is one close to me) and opened a new checking account. The Chase associate said that the fraud department is very wary of accounts opened online, and that the smallest thing can tip them off to what they might consider fraudulent activity.

TL;DR: Chase keeps locking me out of my account repeatedly and provides no information before or after they do so. If I call the number, they tell me to go to a branch. If I go to a branch, I get to access my account for a little while... until I get locked out again.
