Sign up now.” Then, you can download the Chase Mobile ® app and use the same username and password to sign in on your phone or tablet.
I opened an account online and was approved. My debit card arrived after one week. I was also able to setup my login and was okay for couple days. Then 2 days later, my account was locked when logging due to suspicious activity. I called Chase and they told me to go to branch to have it fixed.
If you're running into this problem, you might want to log in to your account via the "forgot password" thing and see if there's a place where you need to authorize Chase to have permission to use your phone number for 2FA.

29 sty 2023 · To recover your User ID, click “forgot username/password?” on Chase.com. After that, click “forgot username”. From there, Chase.com will ask for your account and social security numbers respectively. If you are able to provide those, you should be able to reset everything right online!
