24 sty 2023 · Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows you to reset your password if you've forgotten it or need to unlock your account without visiting the IT Service Desk. This means you can quickly get back into your account any time of day or night, from wherever you are.
26 kwi 2024 · How do I reset my password? Enter your University student email address and complete the captcha form. Select the option for ‘I’ve forgotten my password’. You'll be asked to verify your identity using the methods you setup for MFA.
You can reset your forgotten password by using the Self-Service site, provided that you have the appropriate permissions to do so. Password Manager allows you to reset your password before you log on to the network (from the Windows logon screen), and when you are already logged on to the system.
This will then allow you to quickly reset a forgotten password or change your password anytime using our Password Reset service. If you continue to have problems with your username and password, please contact the IT Service Desk.
