19 cze 2012 · NCAA 06 or 07? It's 07 hands down. Even though the team botched the stick pitching (pitchers aren't able to reach top speed with it), the game improved under the hood.
07 was a more complete game to me. The uniforms were correct and there were more teams, as well as a better sponsorship and recruiting mechanic. I also think that the analog mechanic was a big gamechanger. BUT 06 had such a sick playlist that it actually might put it above 07.
20 mar 2013 · I preferred 06 because 07's analog pitching felt way off, and you could only sometimes see home plate while batting. 06 didn't have either one of these issues from what I recall. Haven't played either one in a couple years though.
I still frequently play both 06 and 07. I rather 06, especially due to the fact the soundtrack bangs, but both are super nice.

While MVP 06 offers several large changes to gameplay in batting and fielding to reflect the switch to the collegiate game (aluminum bats, fielding by collegiate players), pitching remained essentially unchanged.
