13 lut 2022 · The version on the latest S20/S21 phones and tablets also has a bug where it fails to play the majority of MP3/MP4 tracks. The answer is either: Download a different music app from Play Store (like PowerAmp) or convert all of your music to FLAC format. Be aware though that flac files are usually bigger than MP4.
17 lip 2022 · In the meantime, please check for any available updates for Samsung Music by heading to the Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Updates > Samsung Music. Also, head to Settings > Apps > Samsung Music > Force Stop > Storage > Clear cache.

You can turn them off by going to the Samsung Music app. Click the three dots on the top-right of the screen and choose settings. Set crossfade to 0 or turn off "skip silence between tracks". If none of this worked, try clearing the cache of the app. Hope these help. 1.

10 maj 2022 · There is no sound coming while playing song on Samsung Music app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it thrice. It always work fine for the very 1st time of reinstall but stopped when tried to play again.
15 lut 2023 · If Samsung Music is unavailable for you to download from the Play Store, it's likely that Samsung Music is not compatible with your device. The Play Store usually will NOT display apps which are not compatible with the device you are using to search on the Play Store.
