One star reviews are harmful for products, sure. But they’re honest and allow consumers to be informed. If I had the same skin type as OP and wanted to purchase this product, I’d want to know how it worked for someone like me. A star rating is a matter of discretion.
I’ve been looking into Murad and wondering the same thing. I’ve seen both good and bad reviews, but, like you, the bad scared me. The price is a bit much but I’ve heard the products last long. I’m super sensitive, so I’ve tried a lot of the recommended, cheaper brands and I’m still having problems.
25 paź 2024 · We're glad to see that Murad continues to be "A+” rated and accredited by the Better Business Bureau - especially since we found several recent complaints about the company's customer service, regarding unprocessed refunds and some less-than-friendly interactions with the support team.
