4 maj 2014 · Squirrel is right, it is an assembly and they didn't service any pieces. I used to pull the bronze rings out from abusing the transmission (that's another story). I modified a pair of snap-ring pliers to let me pull the syncro blocks out and then tap the bronze rings back in and restake them. Then re-install the blocks. Almost like a new syncro.

1 lut 2022 · The sm-318 & sm-319 are the same transmission except for the length of the mainshaft (tailshaft). Neither are syncronized in 1st gear. both are syncronized in 2nd & 3rd. the internals are the same.
