Mun (czy też Mün) jest dużym księżycem orbitującym wokół Kerbinu. Jest odpowiednikiem ziemskiego Księżyca. Ma kolor szary, pokryty jest kraterami różnej wielkości i szczytami przekraczającymi 3400 m wysokości. Można wykorzystać go jako procę grawitacyjną aby dotrzeć do Minmusa lub na orbitę słoneczną.

Kerbin -> Mun is about 6000m/s. Getting back I'm not sure exactly, but it's vastly, vastly cheaper. I would guess around 900m/s (basically, take off from the Mun in such a way that your escape trajectory is retrograde to the Mun's orbit and you'll be halfway to Kerbin already).
26 paź 2017 · The 11,600 km number is from the surface of Kerbin to the center of the Mun, the 12Gm number is center to center, if I remember correctly, just to clear up any confusion. In game, in the map view, you can place your mouse on the moon and see its current height.
