Mullvad is a good working VPN for torrenting only. But it doesn't work well for other purposes like streaming. So, I have switched to PIA VPN because this VPN is working great for torrenting, streaming, gaming, etc.
Mullvad is indeed the best, I use it on my router as a permanent connection. The only problem with it are bad actors on its network resulting in blocks for a number of sites. They need a whole new IP pool, that would be the only thing they could improve on.
