To access your Mulberry customer account, click the activation link contained in the welcome email we sent you at the time of coverage purchase ("Activate your Mulberry Account").
Double-click the downloaded Mulberry Installer file. Run through the standard installation process. Once complete the Mulberry application will be in the Program Files folder, from where you can run it.
