19 gru 2018 · How do I renew my Georgia real estate license? You can renew your license 24 hours a day, seven days a week, up to 120 days prior to the renewal date. You must renew by midnight of your renewal due date to avoid lapsing and incurring a late fee.
To renew your license, you need: 36 hours of CE credits, and; 3 hours of your 36 hours needed to renew your license must include a course approved for License Law credit. To find currently scheduled classes through our school that are approved for License Law credit, click here.
License renewals can be done online at www.grec.state.ga.us, using a credit card for a reduced fee. If you successfully renew online, DO NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION. Complete Sections A through D of this application.
