19 lis 2023 · Good luck. I just tried having my 3090 replaced and repaired under warranty and have been totally rejected. Asked for my concerns to be raised with MSI HQ Global and again got denied. MSI will do everything they can to avoid helping you with the issue with your product in my experience.

30 maj 2014 · Contact MSI who at first refused to cover the issue under warranty. After completing and providing proof that this was a commonly reported issue with the model of laptop, they agreed to replace the screen free of charge.

8 lis 2020 · At this point I will outright say, without qualification, that MSI's manufacturer's warranties are (at least in Canada, where our consumer protection laws are crap) a straight up scam. To anyone coming across this: NEVER BUY MSI PRODUCTS.
