PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (MPRE) EXAM. All applicants to the Texas bar must take the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam and make at least a weighted 85 average to meet state requirements. The exam is given at Texas Tech by the University Testing and Evaluation Service.
