The MPRE is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice exam that tests the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC), the ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct (MCJC), and certain other ethics-related concepts, like attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine, malpractice liability, and Rule 11 sanctions.
