The exam is out of 150 possible points. Our ethics professor broke it down for us that to get an 85, you essentially have to get 32 correct out of 50. That number changes depending on how difficult that particular test is, but his point was, you can miss a lot and still pass.
I looked back and based off my research, the March 2023 MPRE was held March 28-29, results came April 27th. August 2023 MPRE was held August 9-10, results came Sept 8th. Since the November administration was November 2-3, it makes sense to me that the results should be posted today, Dec 1st.

Developed by NCBE, the MPRE is required for admission to the bars of all but two US jurisdictions (Wisconsin and Puerto Rico).
The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (or MPRE), is one of the requirements for bar admission in every U.S. state and jurisdiction except Wisconsin and Puerto Rico.* That means you need to achieve a passing MPRE score within a specified time either before or after passing your state’s bar exam.
