The exam is out of 150 possible points. Our ethics professor broke it down for us that to get an 85, you essentially have to get 32 correct out of 50. That number changes depending on how difficult that particular test is, but his point was, you can miss a lot and still pass.
Backstory on myself - I passed the bar exam in July and just waiting for 80 or higher mpre score to be sworn in. This is my third time taking the MPRE and in august the results were released earlier but I wasn’t sure If anyone had insight the website says by December 6….
March MPRE results to be released 4/29. According to ncbex.org, March MPRE scores will be posted on April 29. It must be very time consuming to grade an online exam which produces immediate results. The MPRE is evidence they drag their feet because they can, not because they have to.
