I recently discovered some shopping sites where you can purchase all kinds of albums at a suspiciously low price. On mp3va.com, for example, one song is only charged $0.15, and $1.3 for an entire album. That is like 1/8 of amazon or iTune's price. If this is legitimate, it could be a gold mine.
ytmp3, at least on mobile, seems unreliable lately. downloads fail in the last few minutes, loads of sketchy ads, and it automatically tries to download unknown items without permission.
My SO works for a franchised moving company and is the one the BBB will contact when someone files a complaint with the BBB. She will answer the phone and verify the complaint and that they are working with the person to resolve the issue.
BBB publishes the complaint for three years, if your customers don't use it I wouldn't worry too much. If you do respond they will probably publish your response publicly on their website which is something to be mindful of. It's basically Google Reviews/Yelp with extra steps.
