Mount Moriah Cemetery, situated in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania encompasses nearly 200 acres with approximately 200,000 burials. In April 2011, the cemetery was abandoned and the Friends of Mount Moriah Cemetery, Inc. began working to restore the property, which had been neglected for many years.
