What must I attach to Form IL-1040? If you enter an amount on Form IL-1040, Line 29, you must attach to your Form IL-1040, a completed Schedule IL-E/EIC, a copy of page 1 and 2 and Schedule 1 of your federal Form 1040 or 1040-SR, and any other required documentation listed in the “Step-by-Step Instructions” of this schedule.
