11 gru 2022 · Unfortunately most of these online parts stores carry ZERO inventory…all they do is order the part after you order it from them. More than likely the part is on back order. Call a Dodge dealer and see if the part is available.

1 mar 2024 · Company charged me a restocking fee and made me pay for return shipping after I used their vin checker on the part that was sent. It was clearly the part I did not need and I showed them pictures too. Customer service was a complete joke and were rude over the phone and useless in the chat feature. They said i didnt use their website properly.

4 kwi 2023 · came up as in a, Mopar Parts Giant 'Scam report', on like 2nd or 3rd entry of that page (I used Bing) there's multiple " alleged " scam reports. Trustpilot & Better Business give them 2 & 3 stars - out of 5, respectively. their overall rating is 1.2 stars on average.
