1 mar 2024 · Company charged me a restocking fee and made me pay for return shipping after I used their vin checker on the part that was sent. It was clearly the part I did not need and I showed them pictures too. Customer service was a complete joke and were rude over the phone and useless in the chat feature. They said i didnt use their website properly.
They sent me the wrong part. Refused to pay for return shipping and demanded a restocking fee. I filed a chargeback with my CC and they sent them a fraudulent invoice i had never seen before with different part number.
I submitted my Vin number for the vehicle and they sent me the part, but the bolt pattern did not match up. Sent all the necessary pictures they requested, and a picture of my part with their part. The technician & the RMA department refused to agree that the part they sent me was the wrong part.
