Speak to an Itinerant Moogle to obtain your Mogpendium. It can then be viewed in the player's "Collection" menu under "Duty". With four different ways to acquire irregular tomestones, you can choose objectives that suit your adventuring style! Duties associated with this event will feature a moogle icon in the Duty Finder.

I had a similar situation once at a past treasure trove event. It asked me to do Rival Wings, the queue didn't pop even after an hour of waiting, so I decided to leave it be. You can grind these tokens in other ways, like dungeons, trials, raids and even the gold saucer GATEs.

The below duties will reward Irregular Tomestones until the end of the Moogle Treasure Trove: The Hunt For Goetia event. You must earn a minimum of 1,200 points on an Ocean Fishing voyage to earn tomestones.
The Ixal deliverance gives a huge 70 reputation per day, but as with all the other weird ARR tribes, each time you rank up a new NPC is opened giving 3 more quests each giving 4+(1*Current rank) more reputation from the NPCs prior.
