5 wrz 2023 · From the other discussion, I assume you are installing the Windows package from https://download.moodle.org/windows/ on a Windows 10 computer. The requirement Sodium is new in Moodle 4.2. But it must come in the all-in-one package. Could you try the Moodle 4.1 package there?
