Why is Indianapolis still viewed as a boring city by some people? I gradually came to like Indianapolis and visit it often to get out of Bloomington (moved here for graduate school). To be honest, when I first visited the city, I didn't know what to think about it (besides that it was the flattest city I've visited at the time).

22 mar 2017 · Indianapolis has a “barbell” shaped quality curve. There’s a lot of stuff that’s pretty bad, but some things that are truly excellent. So, for example, the design of the average street in Indianapolis is terrible, but Monument Circle is one of the world’s great urban spaces.
